Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallGuard ("the Service"), provided by Leadbridge Solutions, LLC d/b/a CallGuard d/b/a CallGuard ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CallGuard answers calls on your behalf using an AI assistant, captures the job details, and texts a structured job card to your on-call phone. It may also send and receive text messages with your callers and assist with estimate follow-up where enabled. We may improve, change, or add to the Service over time.

2. Fees and billing

The Service is billed at the flat monthly rate quoted at sign-up, with no long-term contract. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with at least 30 days notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle, and you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate or refund the final month.

4. Your data and who owns it

You own your data. As between you and us, all call records, recordings, transcripts, job cards, text messages, quotes, and customer details captured through your account ("Customer Data") belong to you. We process Customer Data only to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Exporting and deleting your data

You can export your account data at any time as a downloadable file from your account, or request an export from support. You can also request deletion of your account and its data from within the app or by contacting support. After your account is cancelled or terminated, we may delete Customer Data in our possession after 30 days, in line with our internal retention practices. It is your responsibility to export anything you want to keep before then.

6. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability for the Service, measured on a best-effort basis and excluding scheduled maintenance and outages caused by third parties outside our control (for example telephony, voice AI, or hosting providers). CallGuard is designed to degrade gracefully: if our systems are unavailable, the voice assistant can still answer with your configured defaults so a caller is not met with silence. This target is a goal, not a financial guarantee, and does not by itself entitle you to service credits.

7. Support

Support is available by email at [email protected]. We aim to respond to support requests within one business day. Urgent issues affecting call handling are prioritized.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes, to obtain any consents required for call recording and text messaging in your jurisdiction, and not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information and phone numbers you configure.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep it reliable, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every call will be captured, classified, or delivered correctly. You remain responsible for following up on your own jobs and customers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost revenue.

11. Termination and discontinuation

We may suspend or terminate the Service for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. If we choose to discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice where practical so you can export your data, and the 30-day retention window in Section 5 will apply. Discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where significant, communicated to you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
